Is this legal evidence?

It is a record-keeping tool, not a legal service. We make records that are hard to fake. Whether any specific court, tribunal, or regulator accepts a record is up to them.

Does my client have to sign up?

No. Your client clicks a link. They never need an account.

What does my client see?

A short page asking them to agree, confirm, or approve. Nothing more.

Where is my data?

In the United Kingdom. You can read more on the security page.

Can I delete a record?

Records are append-only. You can archive a project so it is no longer active, but the records themselves stay so the trail is intact.
